Since 2007, ProClean has specialized in condominium cleaning. We're locally managed by people who understand condos from both sides of the table, including nearly two decades of hands-on condominium board experience. That experience shapes how we operate: dependable staff, consistent service, clear communication, proactive problem-solving and accountability when something needs attention. Our contracts can be cancelled with just 30 days' notice, so you're never locked into a long-term commitment. We want you to stay with ProClean because you're happy with our service, not because you're locked into a contract.
