Since 2007, ProClean has specialized in condominium common-area cleaning across Calgary and surrounding areas. Today, our directly employed teams service more than 260 buildings, supported by experienced supervisors and a local management team.

Show up, every time
Consistency starts with dependable people. Our employees are assigned to regular properties and schedules so they become familiar with the building and its expectations. If staffing changes, our supervisors and office team make sure the work continues without becoming the client’s problem.
Do the parts nobody sees
Good condominium cleaning goes beyond what’s immediately visible. Baseboards, elevator tracks, stairwell corners, entrances and other easily overlooked areas are part of maintaining a building properly. Our supervisors regularly inspect properties to make sure those details aren’t being missed.
Keep communication local
Our Calgary office, supervisors and management team stay in direct contact with our on-site staff. When something needs attention, you’re dealing with people who know your property and can act on it. Our custodians also report maintenance concerns, damage and other issues they notice while working in the building.
Finish the job properly
Our service is based on results, not watching the clock. Our cleaning programs are built around the needs of each property, and our staff stay on site until the scheduled work is completed properly and the building meets our standards.
