Before you ask us for a quote
It depends on traffic, not square footage. A busy downtown tower with a dog-friendly policy might need daily lobby attention, while a quiet 40-unit walk-up does well on two or three visits a week. We recommend a frequency after the walkthrough and adjust it once we see how the building behaves through a season.
